Old Post on Chronicle Forum
« on: August 29, 2020, 03:57:24 PM »
Hi.

I authored the following topic on the old Chronicle Forum. Is there any way finding it (I never kept a copy).

The entry, which I was able to find referenced on google is:

Bullying Story - The Chronicle of Higher Educationwww.chronicle.com › forums
Quote from: works4aliving on February 03, 2007, 12:31:42 pm. I just looked at the department web page and guess who's not there.

Unfortunately, the CHE owners have reneged on their promise to maintain the old forum for posterity. We've been offered the data, but figuring out exactly what we can and should do with it will take some time. Until then, I'm afraid you're out of luck. Sorry.
I know it's a genus.

The Internet Archive has captured data from the previous forum at several points. You may be able to find it there: https://web.archive.org/web/20120925105904/http://forums.chronicle.com/forums/

The idea before the archive shut down was that it was all captured on the internet archive, but apparently they forgot to check that all the posts were archived, rather than just the index. So hopefully a decent portion of it is there.
