QBwG, last word tipple. LB was in a loop of 2fer b4ss applaud-divergent, divulgent-trap and finally went to hints for unplug-gravitated. May be one of those days again as I already have a 2fer b4ss.

I missed plié and tippet yesterday.  Genius with both pangrams today—-and a way to go. 

No 2fer so far, and none yesterday.

We got back from our cruise last night.  We had a great time! One highlight was going to a bird reserve park in Wales and seeing a huge colony of guillemots, plus several choughs, which are an endangered species.  (They look like crows with red beaks and red legs.)  Another highlight was the roof tour of Santiago de Compostela, which was at once terrifying and exhilarating.  (You walk across, up, and down several slanted roofs. But I lived to tell the tale! My husband has a fear of heights, so he did not participate.)

I've been doing the puzzles on and off (mostly off), but I'm back now! And I see that the fora have a different look. The Reply box seems less clunky.

Glad to see you, cathwen! I've been thinking of you, and it's great to hear that your cruise went so well.  The roof tour sounds especially interesting.  I looked that up and think I probably would have been with your husband safely on the ground.  Good for you!

There's a thread about the changeover, but I think it happened around lunchtime (my time) yesterday.  I clicked on some page, and suddenly I had to log in again and there was a totally different look.  I like it, but I feel like the preview and post buttons got switched? Or maybe my brain is just having an issue.  Anyway, it's great to see upgrades, and it seems to appeal pretty broadly.

Not quite to genius yet, though I do have the pangram.  We had team QB yesterday.  I had been missing mania, monomania but got the second one as soon as husband said the first one.

Genius but no pangram yet. It's a tricky one today. I don't remember my last words in yesterday's bee--it takes too many steps to locate the word list.

QB with SBB help for amnio, ambit, bantam.. Today I am at genius with the pangram, six words to go. 

LB: After much hair-tearing, I finally got abjurations-sack. Lots of variety this time!  I have a 2fer today also.

We came home to find our patio plantings in sad shape.  However, phlox is blooming in profusion between the patio bricks in a certain area! Brought by birds, most likely. The unintentional flower garden!

Last word yesterday was heehawed, which I didn't see until the end even though I had heehaw early on.  QB today.

LB:  I had the "official" backpedal-length. I have a 2fer today also.

Now to tackle Connections and finish Digits.
