Joyeuse fĂȘte du Canada! Or, if you're in the right province: happy moving day!
I'm celebrating by putting together tomorrow's class, chomping on raspberries, oreos (the Canadian variety, not those gross, quasi-inedible American ones), and nachos, and going down to a quiet beach to see the seals. Also hoping nobody violates the fire ban by setting off fireworks, because we've already had one nearby forest fire and don't need another right on the island. You?
I'm not in Canada and will be saving my celebrations for Thursday (though I will raise a glass to you Canadian forum friends this evening!), but I wish you and others an excellent holiday.

I think that Oreos (found in the US) are now made in Mexico. I also understand that there are now 2 lawsuits claiming that the US variety is mislabeled as having 'real coco' when it doesnt (according to the lawsuits).
So the question is HOW are Canadian ones different?
