Hi - I'm doing a summer project researching the use of narrative transcripts/evaluations (i.e. any form of assessment that does not use letter grades). I'm interested to talk via email or video chat with anyone who has experience of using this method of assessment.

Hampshire College doesn't have grades and uses narrative evaluations. Perhaps that would be a place to look.
