Do I run to the union?

Late to the party, but my $0.02:  absolutely run to the union.  That's what you pay dues for.  Even if they can't/won't do anything, you'll be establishing a record of the pattern of occurrences, which can be vital later on if things continue to slide into even more egregious areas. Otherwise, if the pattern continues and you've never said anything, Admin could conceivably ask why you didn't raise your concerns earlier.
