Critical Appraisal Worksheet for Qual studies

Hello!

Does anyone here has a critical appraisal worksheet for qualitative studies? I can't find one that would be useful to me on the internet. If you do not have one, what are the elements that should be in it? (I'm trying to conduct a scoping review, and I would like to pre-assess the articles I have found with some type of grid or worksheet before reading them entirely)
