Morning!

QBwH for callaloo, catcall, colcannon. LB squib-biomedical. Saw squib fairly early on, but needed a hint for biomedical. Quick 2fer today.

Happy solving!

cathwen

Good morning!

QBwH to find colcannon, coolant, and last word, canola. Today I am at genius with the pangram, two words to go.

LB: biomedical-loquacious. I have one today also.

Happy puzzling!

Langue_doc

Good morning!

20 or so points left today. Missed nunhood.

expectations/shave

Happy solving!

Good morning!

A bit past genius with pangram so far.  Yesterday I was missing dunno (got from husband) and udon (got from bee buddy).

For LB I had excavations-ship.  Congrats on yours, Langue_doc!

Happy solving!

cathwen

Good morning!

QBwH to find unhood, then it took me an unreasonable amount of time to finally find nunhood! Today I am a bit beyond genius with the pangram.

LB: I had vexations-spotch. I did not think that spotch was a word; it was a desperation guess. Congratulations, Langue_doc and ab_grp, on more reasonable pairs! Today I have a 2fer consisting of recognizable English words.

Happy puzzling!

Morning!

QBwH for nunhood. LB hope-excavations, excavations-shop.

Quick run to QB-2 then screeched to a halt. Maybe I can ABM it, but I have a funny feeling it's some oddball words. Also a quick 2fer today.

Happy solving!

ETA: QBABM! Now what am I gonna do all day?

Woohoo! Congratulations!

And congrats on your 2fers yesterday and today, cathwen and ciao_yall!

Langue_doc

Good morning!

QB. Last word yesterday was epee.

froward/deliberation

Happy solving!

Good morning!

QBwH yesterday, but I was proud of myself for remembering pinniped from a previous puzzle. My last word was pidgin, which had me smacking my head because I used to have a unit on pidgin languages in a course I taught. Today I have only two words to go, but they are eluding me.

LB: frowned-deliberator. I have a 2fer today.

Happy puzzling!

Good morning!

Got the pangrams and to genius so far.  Congrats on QB, Langue_doc, and good luck with your final words, cathwen! Yesterday we were missing a few, even after comparing.  I kept trying pidgen but spelling it wrong.  Husband had to give me ninepin yet again.  The others that bee buddy had to help with were bookkeeping oversights.

For LB I also had frowned-deliberator and have another today.  Congrats, Langue_doc and cathwen (and for today)!

Happy solving!

Good morning!

Pangram and above genius. Last words were neck, necked. I too was quite proud of myself for remembering pinniped and deckle.

I have a convoluted twofer, but have to review the puzzle to see what the words were.

Congrats all for your twofers and QBs!

Happy solving!

ETA: I probably have just a word or two left.

cathwen

Good morning!

Pangram and genius this morning, but still have a way to go. Yesterday I needed help to find the last word, cellule—-a word I should have seen.

LB: I first found overlighted-dink, then in search of a more reasonable pair ("dink"?), I found overlight-tonked ("tonked"?). Then, since I had some time on my hands, I tried again and found revoke-enlightened. I found a quick 2fer this morning.

Langue_doc, I'm curious about your "convoluted twofer"!

Happy puzzling!

ab_grp

Good morning!

On my way to genius with the pangram so far.  Good luck on your last words, Langue_doc! This seems like a long one.  Yesterday I also got to QBABM! Final words were cuke, unceded.

For LB I had invoker-redlight.  Congrats on all the solutions, cathwen! And I am also interested to hear your convoluted one, Langue_doc.

Happy solving!

Morning!

QBwG, last words cellule, unceded. LB kilo-overnighted.

Happy solving!
