Question about the squares...

What do the squares beneath our usernames in the author column mean? There are usually one to four of them in yellow; sometimes a single red one or blue one.

They reflect roles/post count.

Eigen, the admin, gets a red square. mystictechgal, polly_mer, and I, as senior moderators, get a blue one. I believe everyone else gets a number of yellow squares that's correlated to their post count.
