Thank you very much to those who replied. I received a call today for amending the budget, although status date is yet the same.

My PD never funded any Career proposal
it's so strange
she has been with NSF for several years.

My proposal's status date is July 18, 2019. So far, from this year's CAREER award search, I found that my PO yet not funded any proposal. Should I contact my PO since the status date is not updated after the proposal submission?

He applied in the division of material research. No, PO did not ask him for public abstract.
