How early is too early to submit a book proposal to a publisher?

I think Polly is just concerned that you may be putting the cart before the horse.

I figure, "Hey, its your horse, and your cart, connect them whoever you'd like, see what happens."

I think Polly and I just have different "parenting" styles for our junior colleagues here, although I have certainly had my blunt days too (especially when I think people are just lying, trolling, leaving out important info---that's not you, by the way).

I don't think she's concerned at all for me. I think she just likes to hear herself talk over and over again like a robot but that's another story.

That conversation is done for me by the way.
