Though something is clearly going on.  The station was all backed up with at least 3 cars waiting at each pump.  The other stations in the area are about fifty cents more a gallon.

I have 1/4 tank, but I wasnt willing to wait behind 3 other cars for a chance to fill up.

would you have waited for a chance to top off 10 gallons or so?
