Seems like it was the only place to search grant awards by DOD. It was established by a law of congress around 2014.
It no longer works for me.

Anywhere else I can find DOD awarded grants ?

FWIW, the site works for me (once I click through a security warning, which I will admit is a little weird).

I suspect it's because it uses the DOD encryption system, which requires you to have a CAC smart card for access.
