Major editing of chapter 10 last night.  First step is cutting out and pasting the parts that work in a new document.  Now I need to tie it all together.

May goals:

• Make progress on paper #1 with colleagues - it would be great to get this off by the end of the month, but that will be up to my colleagues
• Make progress on paper #2 with colleagues - this one is sort of in limbo
• Make progress on paper #3 with colleague - R&R, due in June
• Make progress on paper #4 with colleague - R&R
• Make progress on book project #1 - contract in sight, just need to respond to some reviewer comments
• Make progress on book project #2 with colleague
• Review and submit proofs for book chapter with colleague

Stretch goals:

• Apply for a small grant (or two)
• Get the ball rolling on a new empirical article

I sent in my response to the reader comments for book project #1. Hopefully this will pave the way for a contract.

Checking my co-translator's queries about T1, and then either working on T2 or starting my referee report. Or both.

Finished with T1, wrote ~350 words and finished that section of T2 (one more section of ~1k words to write), and wrote and suubmitted the report (1400 words).

That's a wrap for today/this month!

• Keep working on streamlining T1; it would be nice to get close to done, because it's sucking up too much time.
• Referee report
• Comments for acquaintance
• Work on the new book
• Email other co-translator about starting T4

Not much new book progress, but that's okay; I also wrote a second referee report, and did half of the work remaining for T2, once that came in. My acquaintance, alas, will have to wait.
