Happy Thanksgiving (yesterday) to the Canadian forumites!

I knew it was Thanksgiving because I'm now in one of the hotspots for visitors from Cananda taking advantage of the long weekend. I learned about the holiday several years ago when talking to a group of schoolteachers from Cananda who were vacationing not far from here. Hotel prices are through the roof this weekend--I'm visiting folks here who are visiting from another country, so had no choice about the dates.
