I use Keeper.  I would recommend it.  I had 1Password previously, which an IT person had recommended.  I found Keeper easier to use.

Stay away from LastPass. I've been happy with 1Password.

I just use the built-in Apple password manager (Keychain) which synchs all my passwords across devices.

I use index cards. Currently in a small treasure chest, but one day destined for a rolodex.
I know it's a genus.
