Come, fill the Cup, and in the fire of Spring
Your Winter-garment of Repentance fling:
The Bird of Time has but a little way
To flutter--and the Bird is on the Wing.

If this catches on, and universities have been charging in-person fees, we may all be done:

Lawsuit over Montana State University's switch to online classes amid pandemic allowed to continue

The lawsuit seems to be based on straight product-purchase values. A crate of apples in the judges words. If you are in the apple business, there are definitely times when a crate of apples is not forthcoming. The deal often includes a provision for "act of god" which would include things like a pandemic shutdown. If the decide to compare apples and a college education, Montana State is likely on safe ground.

Any one with legal knowledge have any idea about how you determine value of "part of" an item in a contract? If "tuition" covered all kinds of amenities as well, and the educational content was adequately provided, how do the amenities get valued?
It takes so little to be above average.
