Good going! Keep at it.

I'm getting some materials together that will inform part of one of the paragraphs in need of shaping up.

Then Lunch.

Then teaching.

Then I'll be a little puddle on the floor...

Gotta do more today. I was hoping to finish it today, but that's not gonna happen. Gotta set myself up to finish tomorrow, though.

Read 3, wrote ~800 words. I should be able to finish tomorrow... just gotta put stuff together and read one last article.
I know it's a genus.

Kwell, gotta finish it today.

I have been a bit behind on research tasks lately, but read literature for the rejected manuscript revision in progress. I am doing a lot of editor work for the journal which I suppose counts though it is to help others with scholarship rather than myself. I blocked out time next week to spend on my long-term project finally.

Good newses: A site I did a blog article for a bit ago has asked me to do a review of a book of great interest to me on their site.

I realize book reviews are ground-floor stuff, but this is a very reputable site, and they asked. So I'm happy (and I get the book to keep...!)

Also: All but one of my students is away next week for school vacation, so I have almost the whole week "off" in which to wrap up the medieval article.

I'm already getting going on the April 29th one, right now; I have a 6:30 student so there's time to work on it as well.

Win-win-win, just need more good days like this!!!

Kwell, gotta finish it today.

Wrote about 1800, read the last article, and done. Read one article for the next section.
I know it's a genus.

Parasaurolophus

Starting the next section today. Might also deal with sending out some referee requests either today or tomorrow.

Threw some clipped text from previous ruminations into the Ppt file for the 4/29 talk.

Have to prep 4:30 class now, so the finish-the-article work will have to be done tomorrow.

Maybe a minute to plan the tour Ppt setup before that starts, just to keep up with where that is.

Set, Go, Ready!

Enjoying all of your good news, mamselle!
Today we had a great interview with a participant in our study! I was relieved there was not a third "no show" in a row, and that we have more data that is beneficial to our progress.

This little-puddle-on-the-floor is going to bed, peaceful in gratitude for the good news, yes.

Tomorrow: after a couple errands, I'm wrestling the medieval article to the ground--or to within a couple of inches of it.

Small swipes at other stuff, but that's the day set aside.

Wrote a few hundred, read a few, sent the requests.

Hmm. I'll see what I can do for this section today. I also have a bit of editorial work to complete.

Delayed start, hoping to get a fair bit done, still.

Go...ready...set....start.......!

Hmm....that's still wrong....

Oops, didn't check back in yesterday.

Today: buckling in and getting this section as close to done as I can.
