I missed everyone on the board! I was grumpy late last week when my revised manuscript received another major revision decision. We keep getting told to add literature while cutting down 10 pages. Ha! I put together a new manuscript document to revise and another reviewer response document today, plus downloaded all of the articles suggested to us.

Newslettering this morning, then starting the reading for the penultimate section.

Did a bunch of the first, some of the second.
I know it's a genus.

Welcome back, DSN!

We're here for you.

My day: Already did a tiny bit more work on the mini-article before breakfast and online chapel.

Next: 1 hour on the longer article, 3 hours on the Ppt. (Have to start getting the Ppt into the birthing canal; 10 days to go before delivery!)

Student at 4:30; dinner, then folk dance at 7 PM.

....paw, paw, snort, run!!!

I worked on my long-term project today in preparation for my sabbatical next semester. I barely made a dent but this time I was able to use the software.

Student on break for a moment.

Fell into a nice seam of useful readings...more work for tomorrow! Yea!

Newsletter and much more reading.

Mostly finished the Newsletter, minus touchups, and read 4.5 articles, all long and in the dreaded two-column format.
I know it's a genus.

Gotta update my summer syllabi and get them approved today. Then reading, writing, and maybe some Newslettering. It'd be nice to finish the section tomorrow, although I suspect it'll be more like Friday.
I know it's a genus.

1+3, students at 4.30 and 7.

On my mark....

Sent the syllabi, did my Newslettering, wrote a meagre couple hundred, read three hefty articles.

I'm swamped with teaching for the next month, but I hope to do the following:
- Make progress on paper #1 with colleague
- Make progress on paper #2 with colleague
- Revise and resubmit book chapter
- Revise paper for late-April workshop/conference - maybe submit to journal as well
- Revise and (if time permits) submit paper #3 with colleague

Stretch goals (these will take center stage this summer):
- Get two new papers off the ground
- Make progress on book proposal

I'll also need to deal with R&Rs or rejections that come my way

Making good progress towards getting another page of notes distilled out.

Stopping now, early lunch, then digging into the Ppt and related tables and texts.

Student at 6:30.

Yesterday, I reviewed some transcripts for the study that will be presented in June. I also read some lit for the major revision and am also doing that today.
