I think the manuscript is done. If all is well it will go to the press next week.

Completely finished with R&R revisions and drafted cover letter, but still need to thoroughly proofread both. In particular, the manuscript is about 1000 pages over the word limit. I'll work on that next week.

Got an extension until Monday from the editor. Everything's done except for updating some tables (groan), final wording polish (fine), and (GROOOOAN) converting from LaTeX to Word. All mindless, but I'd still rather spend my Sunday watching Star Trek.

Last week was hectic but good. The edited collection is important, so I am willing to continue pursuing its publication, but I am beginning to understand why people consider them such complex burdens.
