This is a school with 800 students. The potential hitch is that this is a matching grant, so coming up with nearly a million per student from other sources could be hard. In any case, they will start construction on new student services buildings.

Among its plans, the college will create a rural and community health center, start a national center for student debt reduction, and construct a number of new buildings.

Contributing to the endowment is all well and good, but that's a lot of construction projects. Paired with the matching requirement, is this more of a white elephant than anything?

I know it's a genus.

Your Winter-garment of Repentance fling:
The Bird of Time has but a little way
