Today, I'd like to go over my presentation once or twice. Then I have to mark a pile of midterms.

I did manage that, although it's worth noting that I lost a lot of time to having to change a flat tire in the absolute bucketing rain on my way to my workstation.

The last time I had to change a tire, it was also in the middle of a bucketing.

Not sure about today. With luck, I'll do a little writing and some marking. But if not, well, not.

I finally got all of the reviewer's feedback into my response table for my book while I await the feedback from the other four. I hope I can squeeze in time to work on my discussant remarks for the conference next week but it will probably have to be after dinner when I get to it if today.

I had some personal travel, some consulting work, and some mild illness pull me off course in mid-October, but I'm back in business now and working away on book project #1. Hoping to finish Chapter 7 by the end of the month.

Went over Thursday's talk twice (and got it under time), managed to finish another dismal set of midterms, and wrote up a 350-word supplementary appendix blurb thing for a chapter that will come out next year.
