It's Halloween! Whether you're passing candy to kids or getting spooked from that Halloween movie tonight, enjoy!

No Zoom Hours for ME tonight!!   (NO one showed up last week anyway!)
I told them that I expect it to be too distracting to try to host one.
No objections so far!  (assuming that they even saw the announcement!)

Happy Halloween all fora!

It's Howloween for our dogs who rush around pretending to be ferocious to all the little T or T ers coming to the door.

It's also Diwali, so there is a double dose of sweets and lights tonight. Happy Diwali all!

we were not home this year for the event.
How many visitors did you all get this year?  any particularly cute or memorable?

Belated Happy Halloween! I dressed up as a homicidal maniac - they look like everyone else. I did consider wearing a "Reviewer #2" tag to work.
My kid gave out candy in ghost costume - there was a fair number of trick or treaters, though nothing particularly noteworthy in terms of disguises. Interestingly, my wife thinks a bunch of the trick or treaters weren't from the neighborhood but came over from other nearby areas (there just don't seem to be that many kids around), while my parents in Big City nearby had zero trick or treaters - we're not in the US and Halloween isn't a local tradition, and there seems to be massive variations even among nearby areas in how strongly it's embraced.

Parasaurolophus

The three of us each went as David Attenborough.

My partner claims it was my idea a couple of weeks ago, but I have no recollection of it.
I know it's a genus.

One tweener was "An 80's teenager."

Is this how people felt when we dressed up as "50's girls" back in the 80's?
