• Book #1 (solo) - submit full draft to the publisher (due in December)
• Book #2 - start drafting proposal
• Paper #1 (with colleague A) - submit to journal
• Paper #2 (with colleague A) - draft and present it at conferences in July and September
• Paper #3 (with colleague B) - draft and submit to special issue (due in August)
• Paper #4 (with colleague C) - finish draft and submit to journal
• Paper #5 (with colleagues D and E) - finish draft and submit to journal
• Paper #6 (with colleague F) - draft and submit to special issue (due in June)
• Grant #1 (with colleagues G, H, I) - develop and, if we can all agree, submit proposal

May goals:

• Book #1 - get ball rolling on additional interviews, robustness checks
• Paper #1 - submit to journal
• Paper #2 - make tangible progress
• Paper #3 - make tangible progress
• Paper #4 - prep for journal submission
• Paper #6 - make tangible progress

May stretch goals:

• Paper #4 - submit to journal
• Book #2 - start drafting proposal
• Grant #1 - develop idea and start drafting proposal

Papers #2 and #3 are off my plate for now - with coauthors. Also did a bunch of robustness tests for book #1, so crossing that off my list for now.

Need to deal with some article proofs today and then hopefully a little work on paper #6 before I head off for a little vacation on Thursday.

I should also check in with my colleague about paper #4.

Added a chunk for a historical figure, almost finished reading a chunk. I also did a little tidying.

Had a beastly night, so am very tired. But I have an increasingly rare stretch of working time this morning, so will work on T4 and on formatting the chapter that's due soon.

Also got a pitch from an editor about co-authoring a book for a new series. The deadline would be 2028, so... I guess I can do that.

On my own, no. But it's with my usual co-author, which will make it much less work than it otherwise would be. So, at that point, there's enough desire for it.
